1. How Do AI Deep Learning Algorithms Work?

Traditional video analytics systems only monitor pixel changes, leading to constant false alarms from wind, rain, shadows, and animals. In contrast, Controlsan's deep learning-based algorithms classify objects into humans, vehicles (cars, trucks, commercial), and unknown items. AI models running on hardware accelerators like NVIDIA Jetson extract motion vectors of each object within milliseconds, generating alarms only in real threat situations.

2. Integration Processes in Facility Security

Our video analytics software collects video streams from all field IP cameras via RTSP. These streams are processed locally on AAEON and ICC industrial Box PCs. The structured alarm metadata and snapshots are transmitted via TCP/IP to central VMS (Milestone, Avigilon, etc.) or PSIM software. Simultaneously, during critical alarms, dry contact relay outputs or Modbus/TCP protocols automatically trigger field sirens and floodlights.

3. False Alarm Filtering and Command Room Efficiency

In security systems deployed over large areas, the biggest challenge is operator fatigue caused by false alarms from hundreds of cameras. Thanks to our AI engine, environmental noise like birds, moving leaves, headlight reflections, and snow accumulations are filtered out with a success rate of over 90%. Only humans or vehicles violating the defined perimeter boundaries are highlighted to the operator, reducing response times to seconds.
